Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. However, in order to maintain efficient operations and to provide fair treatment to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. 24-Hour Notice: Customers are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
  2. Forfeiture of Deposits: Any deposits paid at the time of booking will be forfeited if cancellations are made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. This policy is in place to compensate for the loss of potential business caused by last-minute cancellations.
  3. Cancellation Procedure: Customers must notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests by contacting us directly via phone, email or the My Bookings page on our website. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made through any other channels may not be considered valid.
  4. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, we encourage customers to reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate their needs on a case-by-case basis.
  5. Non-Refundable Deposits: Please note that deposits paid are non-refundable under any circumstances unless stated otherwise by WASH ME! Car Detailing.
